Think of inlay as “painting” while you weave.

Unlike traditional patterns where the yarn goes from edge to edge (selvedge to selvedge), inlay allows you to place extra bits of yarn exactly where you want them.

Yes, I started a podcast! I've always wanted to do this and Substack has given me the means to.

My first podcast episode is about changing perspective when it comes to selling hand woven products and when an item is really ready for sale:

I've been spending a lot of time on Substack (a bit obsessed actually!) and I'm really enjoying it.

My hope in being there is to encourage creativity of all kinds, to build a supportive community around that and to provide creative mentorship to those seeking it.

I try to do a daily creative check in to share my projects, keep me accountable and inspire anyone who is following.

NEW PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP OPTION

Following a request, I've added a new Premium membership option for students who may not wish to commit to a recurring membership.

You can now purchase one year of a Premium membership, which gives you 365 days access. The membership automatically expires after one year.

This is a great option for gifting as well. You can purchase one year of membership for family or friends by ticking the "send as a gift" option at checkout.

*One caveat (because I'm sure someone will ask!) is that if you want to continue your membership after a year, it can't automatically be made into a recurring payment. You would need to purchase another, new membership.
